You've been carrying a lot: faith questions, spiritual wounds, emotional exhaustion, and a longing to feel at home in your own soul again. You're not looking for another loud voice telling you what to do. You want clarity. Consistency. A safe place to process without pressure.

That's what I offer here.

Whole & Rooted Counseling is a space for women of faith who are rebuilding after church hurt, religious trauma, or spiritual disconnection. Whether you're holding doubts, grief, anger, or all three, you're not alone. And you don't have to figure it all out at once.

Together, we'll move through healing with structure, peace, and a pace that honors your capacity.
